(More customer reviews)Really liked GPS, actually was second unit purchased, first was stolen, so when they went on sale, I picked up a replacement. Onlu thing is this one quit charging within the first month of ownership. Called Nextar and they issued a RMA number to return it to them. Paid $13.00 to ship it, quick turn around about two weeks. But was sent a refurbished unit. Works but doesn't have the correct mapping software, so most features don't work or don't work the way intended. Called Nextar, first agent said she wouldn't help me, asked for her supervisor, was forwarded to voicemail. I never received a call back. Went to Nextar.com, where they have a link for Live help, but the link is never LIVE, sent a message, received a automated response saying someone would contact me within 48 hours, that was 10 days ago. Sent a email through www.nextar.com, received a similar response and that was four days ago. I would recommend spending just a little more money and buy a garmin or a Nuvi. If you did have problems with one of these, the support would be great.
