(More customer reviews)I mounted my GPS below the dash so that it looks like it was purchased with the car. The mount is good and solid but the snap ring that holds my Tom Tom 540 XXL feels very loose. I have seen this mentioned in other review. I'm not sure if it's going to be an issue yet or not. Still, I would recommend this mount to anyone who is considering a solid, permanent mount in their vehicle. I did drill three holes in my dashboard and use the accompanying screws to secure the mount and GPS so you should consider this before deciding to purchase. Do you want to deface you car?
