(More customer reviews)1st let me say that my issues have nothing to do with the seller at all. The product was shipped promptly and received ahead of schedule.
As for the device itself, it's a piece of [...]. I followed the instructions line for line. The included harness makes it quite easy to install. However, the second i installed it and turned on the car I got alerts on the dash display that my airbag was faulty. I thought it was just a coincidence, and took it to the dealer. They disconnected the dice adapter, and reset the error and the error did not come back after restarting the car a dozen times. The second they re-connected the adapter the error came back.
They had the car for 2 days and could not figure out why the dice adapter was causing an issue with the airbag so they disconnected it. Getting in contact with someone from dice support is like pulling teeth. I used their online chat and it took over an hour for someone to respond, then i was told it must be something with my car and there was nothing they could do about it. I tried calling the phone number listed on their website several times but could not get anyone that could/would help me.
For the brief period the device was connected, the controls are clumsy at best, the track info displayed on the screen was just jumbled text. Switching from the ipod adapter to the 3.5 mm aux in adapter on the unit worked, switching back involved me having to disconnect the adapter to reset it.
Bottom line, the unit is worthless and is now sitting on my shelf because it's garbage and dice will not stand behind their product. Don't waste your money
