But this unit fails to deliver what matters the most - quick and reliable reception of GPS satellite signals. In three different tries in suburban No. Virginia, the unit managed to acquire satellite after 25 minutes, 7 minutes, and 5 minutes. If you don't mind the initial loooooong wait for the unit to acquire satellite signal, then this unit is not all that bad. I returned mine to the store since I don't have the patience.
