(More customer reviews)The kit fits around the head unit really tight, but I promise it fits. You have to get both sides of the side with the clips in first and then force the other end on. The directions show that you have to put the side with the clips on the top of the head unit, but doing so will let the bottom end slide out. You have to put the clips on the bottom of the head unit so the dash kit can clip into the little spaces right above the AC adjusters. All in all, a pretty good kit. I did this with a 2001 GTI, it should be the same for the Jetta and so on though.
