(More customer reviews)This suction cup mount is absolutely horrible. I shouldn't say that...it's fantastic for about 3 weeks, then it's all down hill. Mine held great for about 3 weeks, then kept falling off with the sun pounding down on it. I cleaned the windshield and cleaned the suction cup, still falls off. Then yesterday my wife wanted to borrow it so I went to take it off my windshield and what do I find? The suction cup was literally glued to my windshield. It came off in pieces, and there's many stuck to the windshield still. Now of course it won't work at all. It isn't like I live in Nevada or something, where it's 110 degrees every day in the summer, to deteriorate the material (not that it should then either). This thing is made of some CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP material. Unbelievable. I've had my radar detector mounted on the windshield for 4 years. It's fallen off only a handful of times (maybe twice). So this thing gets 1 star. Only because I can't give it zero stars. It's too bad I can't find some other brand that makes one, because this thing is absolute JUNK and a waste of $$.
