(More customer reviews)If you have a late model BMW and you want to put in a japanese or non european head unit in the car, this piece is a must. I installed this in my 2006 BMW 116i with the Jensen 9412 multimedia head unit and when the car went in for service and the dealer had to do the diagnostic check on the car i swapped out the head unit in about 15 minutes with most of the time spent removing dash components. Just note that the yellow constant power wire does not function properly in most late model bmw's as they lose all power after about 30 minutes so you still have to run a dedicated constant power wire from the battery to connect to the yellow wire of the harness.
