(More customer reviews)I was drawn by the low price tag with the features packed into this unit. Once I installed this unit, the unit would not load a DVD/CD. So, did a little research to try to diagnose the problem and discovered that Jensen isn't that great of a brand. Couldn't get the DVD/CD to work, so I return the item. If you decide to buy the unit, one thing that you should do is add about a half inch or so to the depth of the unit. The unit has about 18 wires hardwired into the back left. In order to not bend the wires, it would be wise to ensure that there is more clearance for these wires. The installation manual is available at Jensen's web site so you can see what I'm talking about.
