(More customer reviews)I have never got this thing to work in my home area (Chicago). Magellan support say it should work there and even replaced one unit. Still does not work!!. Happened to take it to LA and it worked great with no change to the settings. So it certainly does not work in all the areas that Magellan claim it should!
