(More customer reviews)The software requires registration before it will work, however the site that you have to use to register the product is down. Apparently, Samsung knows about this because it is a headline on thier product alert page [...]. When I called Samsung for support they said that since they had partnered with Navteq on the product, it was not thier problem and to call Navteq (after about 20 minutes of wasted time). Navteq promptly responded to an e-mail, but said there is nothing they can do until the website is fixed. So, until the website is fixed this is a very expensive paper weight.
Since it is not actually a Samsung supported product, you would be better off looking at other GPS receivers and software, especially until this issue is resolved.
