(More customer reviews)I bought this kit for Kenwood DNX6960. None of the pre-drilled holes line up with the head unit. I had to drill more holes to fit.
The textured surface does match the original factory head unit trim well. There is an "inner frame" within the main frame body. I found when using it, there is noticeable gap between the head unit body and the frame. I ended up with not using the inner frame, but use Kenwood's trim piece instead. That gave a much better fit.
Now I think I should have picked up the Metra's offering. It is one dollar less on Amazon, and it seems to have much more pre-drilled hole configuration.
