(More customer reviews)This size memory can hold detailed maps for most of approximately three Northwest States (WA, ID, OR). I carry two cards; one loaded with my home State and the other for detailed data (from MapSource) for parts of other States in which I will be driving.
I would recommend a new buyer getting the larger (512 mb) Memory Card, which would allow all of the detailed data for just about any extended (one month) auto trip that one might consider.
