(More customer reviews)For a product aimed at 'Dummies', this one is on target. We purchased this for a family member who is about as tech-savvy as a potato. The interface is very straight-forward, entering a destination is keenly intuitive, and guidance through the route is accurate and timely for upcoming turns. For the price of this GPS (solidly under $100), this was definitely a good buy.
As for the shipment, tracking was easy, and the shipment arrived when promised.
