(More customer reviews)I purchased this unit as a kit with the lighter adapter piece. I reviewed there but was just presented with a reason that made me want to write an additional review; this one on the company "GPS Mount Source" that I purchased the kit from.
I absolutely love my kit, the visor mount being my favorite part. However, I was careless while switching the mount clip from one vehicle to another and broke it. I wrote GPS Mount Source right away to ask if they had additional ones that I could purchase. They not only responded in an extremely timely manner, the representative was very polite and helpful. After determining exactly which clip I had, I had my new ones in my hand within a couple days.
There are few dealers that are as customer oriented as GPS Mount Source and I am thrilled to have found them to add to my list of companies to both purchase from again as well as recommend to others.
