When it arrived, I carefully read the nano printed instructions, took my time and followed each of the steps. I had naively assumed it would be a simple installation. HA! The "installation moisturizing spray" came out in uneven droplets and went everywhere. I was careful to keep it away from my device as warned in the instructions and was SO glad I did.
The screen on the Garmin is not that large and trying to apply the shield was tricksy. I saw bubbles and attempted to lift the corner and reapply as the directions said this was possible in the first 3-5 minutes but the corner "crinkled" immediately which freaked me out so I dropped that plan and went with the instructions to use the squeegee provided to smooth out the bubbles. Though some came out, others did not even after the 24 hour curing period. It looks awful--I had purchased static cling window vinyl for my former Garmin GPS and the invisi-shield doesn't even look as good as the window vinyl. Do NOT buy this unless you are extremely dexterous!! I am a normal-abled human, took my time, read the directions repeatedly before installing and it was a total FAIL. While it may protect from scratches it definitely impairs the visibility of my touch screen. Note that improper application is not grounds for return of the product according to the Zagg website.
