(More customer reviews)I previously ordered one of these straps and use it on my Garmin 305 and LOVE it. I would give it 4 stars. Not a full 5 stars because the strap makes it a bit fussy to get the watch base on the charger (it fits in behind the strap), but worth the hassle because of the ease of the velcro closure compared to the clunky buckle strap the 305 comes with.
I recently ordered 2 more of these straps for friends (having loved mine so much) and they were both defective. The manufacturer made an error and made the velcro strip too long. When the 305 is attached to it the strap does not leave enough room to insert the charging cradle in behind it to charge the device. Clearly unacceptable. Because I did not want to go through the hassle of returning them I unpicked the velcro, cut it off and re-stitched it down with my sewing machine. I am not sure that the average person would be willing to do this.
